①人参は小さめのいちょう切り、白菜は1㎝角に切る。うどんは2㎝ほどに切る。

②水と人参を小鍋に入れ、火にかける。人参が煮えたら「かつお風味白だし醤油」とうどんを入れる。

③白菜を加え、3分煮たら、「あわせ麹味噌」を溶き入れ、火を止める。
